Dr. S.V. Sitaram, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Dr. S.V. Sitaram has 25 years of experience in various capacities in banking and financial services industry and holds a Ph. D in Financial Management from JJTU, M.B.A from Osmania University, PGDCA from NCCT, and CMA from Australia. Considering the thrust given by the company for a turnaround in the FY 2022-23, the company and directors are of the opinion that appointment of a CEO and COO (with effect from 3rd April 2022) is necessary for its Fintech and overall operations. He also acts as Compliance Officer of the company.
